Pax were divided into 4 groups and exercise were performed in each corner for 2 minutes. PAX then rotated 3 corners and performed the exercises in that corner. This continued until time was up. Exercises performed were: forward lunges, Bonnie Blairs, mercans, diamond mercans, curls (with coupon), coupon swings, big boys and dead bugs. A great time was had by all!
