Santa’s Little Helper and Phantom Menace are the loyal rucking “Dogs”, and rucking around the home of our undefeated football team is the “Cats”.
We mumblerucked around Kroger Field (1 1/2 times).
On a timer, we would ruck for 3:30, and do a PT exercise for 1:30. Nine sets of exercises performed:
