After warm-up, the PAX grabbed coupons and gathered on the tennis courts on the sideline of court one and partnered up. YHC went over the first exercise where one partner performed their part on the court and the other performed theirs on the sideline. The drill was as follows:
-Partner 1 moseyed around the perimeter of all 8 courts while partner 2 held a plank, once partner 1 was back, partner 2 moseyed while 1 held a plank.
From there each court was utilized and went as follows:
-Mosey around 7 courts, Squats with coupon
-Mosey around 6 courts, Coupon Rows
-High skip around 5 courts, LBC’s
-Bernie Sanders around 4 courts, alternating regular and diamond mercans from sideline to sideline
-High Skip around 3 courts, coupon curls
-Karaoke around 2 courts, big-boy sit-ups
-Bear crawl around 1 court, Man makers
All eight courts survived better than the Q.

We then returned coupons and moseyed to bottom of hill by scoreboard where we performed 11’s by moseying up the hill and doing 10 mercans and moseyed down to lunges 2/1. Each trip up the hill we decreased the mercans by 1 and increased the lunges. This took us to the end of our time.
