In teams of two, the PAX took a base and completed AMRAP exercises there until relieved. Once the team at Home completed 10 burpees, all the runners would advance. When the last team completed their burpees, we ran a loop around the inside parking lot.
1st Base (AMRAP exercises)
• 1st round: Dips
• 2nd round: Curls w/coupon
• 3rd round: Bentover rows w/coupon
• 4th round: Overhead press w/ coupon
2nd Base (AMRAP exercises)
• 1st round: American Hammers
• 2nd round: LBC’s

• 4th round: Bobby Hurleys (slap the ground, then jump shot)

Once four rounds of F.O.D. were completed, it wasn’t enough. The Pax demanded, “KEEP GOING MUCK! KEEP GOING!” So, we got two more rounds in. With a lump in his throat, the Q quietly brushed back a tear of admiration for these hard charging HIM’s.
