Pair up with your wingman (never leave your wingman)!

Ladder on the tennis courts:
Mercans- 20
American Hammers- 20
V-ups- 20
Elbows to Knees Crunches- 20
Rotation w/ mercans- 20
Imperial Walkers- 20
Copperhead Squats- 20
Kick-ups- 20

Add an exercise each round. Buzz the tower between each round. Hold plank until the rest of the squadron arrives.
