Mosey to side parking lot and form two lines. One PAX from each line would sprint to 55# sandbag, lift and toss over their shoulder twice and sprint back. Remaining PAX did SSH until first PAX returned. Repeato until all PAX have tossed sandbags. Rearrange PAX and repeato.

Mosey to side of church and form one line. Indian Run around church; back PAX drops for 2 burpees, then sprints to front.

Mosey over to side parking lot and assemble along cones.
