Goal was to hang from a rafter for a total of 8 minutes. Every time you let go you had to run a quarter mile and do 30 hand release mercans. Then, you would restart your timer. Like I stated in the pre blast, pretty sure a fun time was had by all. At least that’s what @steve-o said!
