We did some dynamic stretches as we moseyed to the pull up shelter.
Tha Thang
Everyone had their own timer and the super fun game we played was hangman!! You had to hang from a rafter for a total of 8 minutes. However, every time you let go and touched the ground you had to run a quarter mile and do 30 hand release mercans. We then moseyed back to the flag. With the music and the high humidity, a great time was had by all!!! Plus, it really loosened up your shoulders.
