Started with Celebrations of Life on the basketball court. Stopped at each line for exercises based on the number of FT misses. Exercises included Merkins, Mtn Climbers, T-Jacks, LBCs, Supermans, stuff like that.
After a few rounds, we moseyed to the football field for a little coupon work. 20 Curls at the top, Rifle Carry to get to the bottom and back up. Coupon exercises at the bottom. After a few rounds, finished with ManMakers and put the coupons away.
Returned to the basketball court to finish the beat down with more Celebrations.
