We started out in the pavilion and did 20
step-ups with ruck, 20 dips with rucks, and 20 seconds of pull ups or hangs.

We then headed to the bathroom building for some more exercises. On the way we stopped and did 20 ruck Merkins.

At the building we did a 1 minute wall sit, 20 ruck curls, and 20 ruck overhead presses.

We headed back towards the pavilion and did 20 ruck Merkins.

We repeated this rotation twice and rucked for the remaining time.

Wall sits are fun!!
