All PAX worked in pairs.
Far – Together, the PAX ran to the bridge at the bottom of the trail
Various exercises, mostly leg related, at the bridge and then PAX were challenged to ‘win’ the run back to the Near location.
The Winner got to pick the music for the next round but places 1 and 2 were also rewarded with a PVC tube filled with water for the next trip to Far.

Burpees were included for various punishments/rewards
A ‘Good Morning’ rule was established – getting a ‘Good morning’ from any passerby meant the group had to complete 5 Burpees.
