The planned “One Shining Moment” beatdown calls for dry conditions, because of the brackets involved. So Q had to switch the game plan. One Shining Moment will take place at a later date.
Today’s beatdown began with one round of exercise dice (lots of mercans).
Then, two and a half rounds of Ring of Fire (various exercise stations… two stations had coupon work). 1:30 AMRAP, with 20 seconds rest and rotation. Three laps in the parking lot were worked in for Mae’s benefit.
