Started with 30 second side to side jumps with a 15 second rest x 5.
Split into two groups of three and each went to a station. Stations were med ball slams, laying on the ground bench press with 40 lb. dumbbells and dragging the prowler with 20lbs on it with a rope. We continued this until time was up. IT WAS FUN!!!!!!
