In the shelter, PAX got the exercise sequence – pull-up, Merkin, Curl, Weighted Squat – start a ladder and add a rep each time. However, each PAX got to build his own ladder. Between sets, Jail Break to a marker and Mosey back. Repeato until the Q said stop.
