Tha Thang
Grabbed a coupon for everybody and went to the shelter

Did Tabata’s (20 seconds on, 10 second rest for 4 minutes); but it consisted of 8 different exercises:
Coupon Squat
Decline Merkin
Coupon Thruster
Coupon Bicep Pulses
Burpees
Coupon Overhead Press
Coupon Big Boy Situp

After this, there was a one minute rest; we repeated twice for a total of 3 rounds.

Returned the coupons and came back to the shelter

Then we did 3 more rounds with 8 different exercises:
Broad Jump and shuffle back
Wide Mountain Climbers
Donkey Kicks
In and Out Merkins
Iron Mikes (Jump Lunges)
Burpees
4 SSH’s – 2 Jump Squats
Merkins

Finished by doing a Burpee everytime you hear the word “Touch”
The song was of course “U Can’t Touch This” – I can’t remember the name of the artist but you can probably google it.

I tried to be different this morning with the music and Sous Vide enjoyed the music so much he insisted that I list the full playlist here. I think he wants to use it for his soccer practices:
“Escapade” Janet Jackson
“Summer of ’69” Bryan Adams
“The Sign” Ace of Base
“Another Night” Real McCoy
“Cuts Like a Knife” Bryan Adams
“Hold On” Wilson Phillips (this one was especially inspiring to Sous Vide)
“The Best” Tina Turner (I actually dedicated this one to Sous Vide…for obvious reasons)

A couple important prayer requests came up; keep all your fellow PAX in your prayers.
