First up – beginning where we normally end. 5 minutes of Mary

BB situps, American Hammers, flutter kicks, pickle pounders, Freddie Mercury’s

Next we each grabbed a weight from the truck – 2 slosh pipes, 70lb sandbag and 50lb sandbag – and proceeded to journey around the building with our weight. After the first round, traded pipes for sandbags and repeat journey around the building.

Next: 12 minute EMOM – 4 exercises 3 times through
5-10 Burpees
15-20 jump squats
20-30 overhead press
Side Straddle Hops

We returned to carrying our weight around the parking lot adding in additional exercises at each trade off. Merkins, squats, mountain climbers
