Group stretching routine

Tha Thang
At base of hill, one partner runs to top of hill and moseys back. While one partner runs, the other will do exercises. After each partner has ran, group will do an exercise together.

Exercises:
– Mountain climbers
– Group exercise: dead bugs IC
– Chest press
– Group exercise: bird dogs IC (hold a bear position and alternate extending opposite hand opposite foot)
– Curls
– Group exercise: 1 minute tension toad
– Around the worlds
– Group exercise: seated single leg lifts IC
– Side straddle hops
– Group exercise: single leg heel touches (off the curb)
– Standing march
– Group exercise: 30 second (each side) seated pretzel hold
