Moseyed to the spot where the path meets the arboretum entrance drive. PAX ran to the main parking lot and completed mountain climbers until all PAX reached the parking lot. Q then led different IC exercises before PAX slow moseyed back to the starting point. Before running again, Q led different IC stretches.
