PAX ran, skipped, lung walked, hopped, Bernied, and slid around the basketball courts while pairs of HIMs completed different exercises in the middle of the courts – Merkin Jacks, Plank Jacks, Bobby Hurleys, Columbian Neckties, plus other stuff I can’t remember. PAX helped provide variety.
