Coupon/Ruck Crawl – move a coupon or ruck down the hill and back up. Coupon/Ruck never leaves the ground and a move cannot be repeated back to back – Murder Bunny, Reverse Murder Bunny, in a Plank position pull the coupon from one side to the other – however you can move the coupon/ruck without repeating the move back-to-back.
