Interval runs – 1 minute of all you got running followed by 1 minute of SLOW mosey (focusing on recovering your breathing). We did 5 of these intervals, then took a quick stretching and exercise break.

– donkey kicks IC
– cockroaches IC
We then completed another 5 interval runs. Finished with cooldown stretching at the flag.
