Today’s workout was sponsored by Sesame Street. PAX were in a circle and performed the exercise that corresponded to the letters in their name. We moved around the circle using everyone’s first letter, then second, etc. Many SSH’s and wall sits were done as apparently Gridlock names everyone using the same letters. 490 SSH’s were done along with 10 minutes of wall sits.
