Rucked forward for 2 light poles, did 2 exercises, then rucked back 1 light pole, and did 2 exercises. Repeated until we reached the top of the hill, then did a few ab exercises, and repeated the up 2 back 1 routine back down the hill.

10 chest press & 10 curls
10 straight leg deadlift & 10 bent over rows

On the way down:
10 mericans & 10 squats
10 shoulder press & 10 straight leg dead lift

Finished with 1 minute tension toad.
