Mosey to basketball courts then SSH’s, Frankensteins, butt-kickers, high knees and swoops. Then 1/2 of group headed to grab coupons while the other half moseyed to the far end of the tennis courts.

All 8 courts were used to get the day’s work in. Pax paired up and one pax performed work with the coupon while the other did work on the court(s), then switched. We moved as a group to the next court.Work consisted of:
