Held coupon/ruck weight above our heads for 10 minutes in total. Each time one of us had to drop the weight, timer was paused and we completed below exercises:
– run to bottom of hill and back
– 20 curls
– 20 chest press
– 20 crunches
– 20 straight leg dead lift
– 5 burpees

We finished early, so we completed a 3 minute wall sit.
