Pax were led in a 1.19mi mosey. Along the way, Q stopped to have Pax do merkins, wall sits, Indian bear crawl, dips, squats, SSH, side planks, reverse crunches, SousVides, reverse lunges, and walking merkins. At that point time was running out, so Pax ran out of the tennis courts and back to the flag for COT.
