Q Played a song from a movie while PAX exercised for 1 minute. After 1 minute, PAX were given the chance to guess the movie – correct answer and we moved on to the next exercise, wrong answer and the exercise continued to the 2 minute mark.

Session 3 – More(?) Trivia – while completing Plank Jacks (round 1) and holding Plank (round 2) in succession around the circle PAX had 5 seconds to call out a KY county with no repeats.

We did the following: coupon swings, curls, chest press, elf on a shelf, coupon to the sky; cock roaches, Am. After completing one round each PAX got the chance to toss or bounce a tennis ball into a bucket. If they made it, they did 5 merkins, if they miss it, 5 Burpees.
